    【Logistics specialist in Japanese Logistics Company in Irving, TX】

    ※Employment: Direct-Hire Full-Time

    【Requirements】

    • have customer service experiences, excellent data entry experience in forwarding, logistics or a related field is preferred.
    • Prefer to have some experience both Air and Ocean coordinator
    • Japanese language skill is plus
    • Handling dangerous goods is plus

    【Job Duties】

    • Providing excellent customer service in telephone and email communications
    • Data entry of shipping data into freight forwarding operations system and cargo tracking systems
    • Ensuring all freight charges are paid in a timely manner
    • Generating arrival information to consignees and customs brokers
    • Arranging customs clearance for imports
    • Producing shipment notifications to concerned parties
    • Regularly checking cargo status and communicating tracking information to customers
    • Arranging inland transportation as needed
