Responsibilities:

Planning and implementing the most effective personnel deployment, personnel scheduling (aiming for minimal overhead costs), and project management
Providing technical leadership, training, and support to operational employees
Documenting and evaluating errors, inspections, and work results
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and working time laws (including safety training)
Ensuring the implementation of all organizational processes (e.g. following and creating work instructions)
Communicating with clients onsite
Reporting to clients and within the organization

Qualifications:

Completed vocational training, preferably in the automotive industry, with a degree as a technician/master or various further education in the automotive industry
Ideally, you have experience as a project manager (m/f/d) in quality control/inspection of components in the automotive or metal industry
Leadership and project management experience
Proficient in MS Office, SAP MM and WM
