As an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Newborn, GA, your responsibilities will include managing existing customers. You will work closely with the Account Manager as a team.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be the main point of contact (m/f/d) for our existing customers, together with the Account Manager.
  • You will handle professional offer management, including developing, creating, and tracking offers.
  • You will quickly connect with different departments and coordinate technical feasibility in the offer process.
  • You will establish and maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • You enjoy small talk on the phone and listen carefully for new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • You have experience in inside sales (preferably in a related field) or have recently completed your education or studies.
  • You have a good technical understanding and knowledge in the IT system house or IT solution field, or are willing to develop in that direction.
  • You are interested in innovations, trends, and are willing to learn about new IT topics.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a professional and confident demeanor.
  • You are goaloriented, persuasive, and take initiative and responsibility.
  • You are fluent in German (spoken and written) and able to hold conversations in English.
