This is what your day looks like:

  • Serviceoriented care and advice for guests in our bar, The Curtain Club, and the Tea Lounge
  • Preparation and serving of hot and cold drinks, including various types of coffee and tea
  • Recommending our diverse menu with corresponding tea and coffee varieties
  • Indepth knowledge of different types of tea and their preparation or brewing methods
  • Training our team on our tea selection
  • Preparation of daily mise en place
  • Ensuring smooth service operations, cleanliness, and implementation of our Ritz-Carlton standards
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP

What we expect from you:

  • Completed vocational training as a restaurant or hotel specialist
  • Indepth expertise in tea and coffee through previous work experience or a Tea Sommelier certificate is an advantage
  • Passionate host
  • Enjoy working in an international team and sharing your knowledge
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
  • Enthusiasm for advising international guests and creating special moments
