If you are eager to utilize your experience in continuous improvement to lead strategic initiatives at the manufacturing plant in New Port Richey, FL, Pall Corporation is looking for a dynamic Danaher Business System Engineer.
The selected candidate will champion continuous improvement by effectively implementing the Danaher Business System. Collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, and Value Stream Managers, the DBSE will drive enhancements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Production, and Cost by applying DBS Fundamentals and Lean methodologies at Gemba.
This role is integral to the Operations team and will be based ON-SITE in New Port Richey, FL.
As this position involves access to controlled commodities, data, technology, and services, candidates must hold U.S. citizenship or appropriate export authorization.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain with a preference for 4+ years of experience in business/operations management or manufacturing with managerial duties.
