What you will do:
Project planning, installation and monitoring of production and assembly lines Single point of contact for national and international projects in the field of industrial engineering Introduction of packaging concepts for our products, including conducting test runs for validation Technical planning or support for the introduction of new products or implementation of new materials Coordinating the introduction of new products into the production process Planning and implementation of measures for continuous improvement Responsibility for improving ergonomics and safety in the workplace Introduction of quality assurance measures, such as Poka-Yoke process controls Documentation of production processes, such as job descriptions and layout planning Responsibility for work preparation, such as determining standard times Preparation of cost calculations to determine product costs Who you are: Strong communication skills combined with social competence Performance-oriented, independent, structured and analytical way of working Ability to organize and lead time and resources to achieve corresponding results Flexibility, commitment and teamwork Your qualifications: Completed university degree in engineering with a focus on manufacturing technology, wood technology or a comparable university degree Experience in the field of packaging and in assembly processes and in the development and implementation of PFMEAs would be an advantage Basic certificate from the
