    Pasadena's most exciting cocktail lounge and restaurant is hiring a Restaurant Manager Magnolia House is looking for a hospitality professional with strong food and beverage knowledge. This is an excellent opportunity for driven, passionate, career minded candidates. We are a dynamic and energetic company that is building for the future

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • The ability to enthusiastically lead, manage, and train an energetic staff of 15 or more team members
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • The ability to work well under pressure, creating a positive working environment
    • Strong knowledge of food, wine, craft cocktail culture, and current industry trends
    • Flexible schedule - Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
    • An infectious, positive attitude
    • Outstanding hospitality skills
    • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
    • 2-4 years experience in a comparable role and a passion for success

    POS / Software Knowledge:

    • MICROS, Toast, Aloha, other
    • Open Table
    • CTUIT Radar
    • Gather + Tripleseat
    • Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
