For our residential building in Hamburg Steilshoop we are looking for a

geriatric nurse, health and nursing care nurse (m/f/d)

Work environment

Are you interested in a job that combines assistance, basic care and daily support for adults with disabilities? In our residential and support offer Cesar-Klein-Ring, in the multicultural district of Steilshoop in Hamburg, 26 people currently live in small shared apartments and individual apartments. We support people with complex support needs. What does the location offer? Cultural events through local education centers and churches, a community college, a library, public sports and leisure activities, shopping opportunities in the centrally located shopping center and a medical center. Everything is close by and within walking distance. Small gardens or the Bramfelder See offer beautiful walks in nature. Curious? We look forward to hearing from you.

Tasks overview

  • Relationship work and support for people with disabilities in their various support needs
  • Support in everyday life and ensuring basic care
  • Participation in the implementation and implementation of nursing standards
  • Performance of in-house and out-of-house as well as light nursing activities in personal assistance such as shopping together, cooking, accompanying leisure activities, doctor visits, visits to authorities, etc.
