    We are seeking a ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our team in the Wilsonville, OR area. Our Regional Dispatcher will be responsible for efficiently routing home deliveries while working closely with the accounts to assure complete service. They will also manage a team of drivers, making sure all SOP's are being followed and drivers are in compliance with DOT standards.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assign drivers to routes referencing the monthly trip calendar;
    • Coordinate with drivers and input timeframes for deliveries;
    • Maintain a current and accurate list of all shuttles past and present;
    • Generate/print/distribute- delivery paperwork for delivery associates;
    • Request certificates of insurance at account requests;
    • Set up rental trucks for drivers as needed;
    • Use routing software to put stops in an efficient order in accordance with set parameters and DOT/HOS regulations;
    • Utilize the monthly trip calendar to assign drivers to each trip;
    • Review driver report cards and address any issues, questions, or concerns with Berger's and Room & Board's operations teams;
    • Review trailer equipment inventory checklists weekly to ensure each trailer is properly equipped;
    • Order trailer equipment as needed;
    • Collaborate with Room & Board customer service associates;
    • Provide operational coverage to other Berger employees stationed at Room & Board and at Berger
    • Superior Level of Customer Service and Customer Facing Duty- position will be offsite in Customer Owned Facility.
    • Manage client relationship and handle specific projects
    • Maintain an assigned caseload of an array of files
    • Provide primary coordination for all phases of relocation for the relocating employee
    • Demonstrate exemplary customer service to all employees and customers
    • Responsible for client reporting
    • Other duties as assigned, training, special projects, client presentation, etc.
    • Other duties assigned by management
    The successful candidate for this position will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required);
    • Secondary education is preferred, additional experience is required for those without a college degree (Internships will count towards experience)
    • 3 years of Business experience/customer service experience preferred
    • Relocation industry homesale program or final mile/ distribution experience preferred
    • Extraordinary customer service mentality to the core
    • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to move on tasks quickly and accurately
    • Ability to maintain extremely accurate records and notes
    • Must be able to multi-task and have strong organizational skills
    • Excellent communicator in crafting professional emails and phone skills
    • Handle stress with calm, pleasant and professional demeanor (caring and empathetic personality
    • Ability to craft, understand embrace basic reporting needs
    • Capable of quickly learning and fully understanding a number of varying client policies and procedures
    • Accuracy in budget tracking and basic expense reporting
