    Description

    **Customer Service Rep - Construction Machine Parts**

    Assist in the sale of wheel loader parts through consulting with clients/dealership parts departments in support of their repair of the equipment.

    **SUMMARY**

    The aftermarket parts sales specialist will process parts sales orders from order receipt to shipment, and will assist dealers/customers in finding the correct parts. Follows up on back orders with procurement and updates customers accordingly. Assists in processing parts returns and discrepancies.

    **DUTIES**

    **22nd February, 2022**

    Issue sales order, pick up ticket, and invoice by IDMS.

    Communicate with dealers by phone/email to assist finding the correct parts.

    Investigate and resolve complaints of customers

    Works closely with customer stakeholders in parts and service

    Works closely with internal stakeholders/departments in: Dealer support, Service operation, Service training, Reman center, Parts planning, and Parts Sales

    **REQUIREMENTS**

    High School diploma

    5+ years Customer Service Experience

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    **QUALITIES**

    Team player with positive attitude and disposition

    Detail and process oriented with ability to identify root problems/cause

    Customer Service with effective communication skills

    Forward thinking and creative problem solving
