Your responsibilities:

  • Support and advise
    German and Spanish customers of a leading provider of complete and service solutions in the car wash industry via telephone, email, and ticket system
  • Point of contact for potential and existing customers of a car wash provider
  • Technical support and advice for existing customers
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction while meeting service goals
  • Reducing technician visits through direct problemsolving
  • Preparing technician visits by passing on information to the client
  • Ordering parts and coordinating appointments for onsite technicians
  • Handling complaints, processing claims, and creating quotes

Your profile:

  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
    German and Spanish, with a passion for talking on the phone
