- Post positions provided with job descriptions on Indeed or any available sources.
- Conduct resume reviews, schedule screenings, and conduct basic entry level office or field screenings.
- Review resumes and applications to narrow candidates based on skillsets and/or education experiences.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks when filled.
- Support the CHRO with basic HR administration task with updating recruitment spreadsheet and/or tracker.
- Support the HR team with basic HR administration entry's or updating of records.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to multi-task and be efficient in daily responsibilities.
- Must be well organized in daily activities and management of databases.
- Must be proficient in software knowledge including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and software systems related to HR.
- Must be detailed orientated and team player.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and respond to inquiries effectively

JOB SUMMARY: The HR Intern Admin is a temporary position within the HR Department, responsible for performing administrative task and supporting daily activities.
