    How You Will Make an Impact in this Role

    As a Senior Product Manager on the Lounge Services team, you will drive innovative strategies to elevate the Global Lounge Collection experience for card members. Responsibilities include:

    • Driving the product roadmap: Defining and prioritizing features to deliver an exceptional lounge experience.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: Working with various teams to align on product vision and execution plans.
    • Data-driven decision making: Utilizing analytics and research to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Stakeholder management: Building relationships and advocating for resources to achieve goals.
    • Leadership and mentorship: Guiding junior team members and fostering innovation.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
    • 5 years of product management experience in technology or travel industry.
    • Understanding of agile practices and user-centered design.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership in a dynamic environment.
    • Ability to adapt and thrive in change.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in travel, hospitality, or airport operations.
    • Familiarity with emerging technologies.
    • Knowledge of loyalty programs and premium customer segments.
    • Global product management experience.
    • Product management certification is a plus.
