    fs3|Hodges is currently seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Construction Manager to join our team. As a leader in the construction industry, fs3|Hodges is committed to delivering high-quality projects while providing exceptional client service.

    The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client's specifications.

    This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in construction management, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.


    Salary Range:
    $125,000 - $175,000

    Responsibilities

    Oversee the planning, design, and construction phases of multiple projects simultaneously.

    Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other construction professionals.

    Provide on-site day-to-day construction administration.

    Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.

    Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

    Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.

    Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.

    Monitor and control project costs, including change orders and budget revisions.

    Manage project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

    Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

    Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

    Manage documentation.

    Coordinate inspection, final acceptance, and scheduling of occupancy.

    Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and completion.

    Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance with project plans and specifications.

    Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

    Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and organized.

    Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.

    Requirements

    15+ years of construction management experience, including major capital projects (> $100 million)

    Experience with federal, state, and local government owners

    Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget

    Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)

    In-depth knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials

    Strong leadership and management skills, ability to supervise a project team

    Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

    Ability to read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications

    Proficiency in project management software and tools

    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

    Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
