We are currently seeking a Recruiter (m/f/d) for our branch in Berlin-Mitte.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the administrative management and maintenance of the applicant management system
You will screen applications and act as the first point of contact for applicants (m/f/d) via phone, video, or inperson until the hiring process
You will create and publish job descriptions on our portals and manage social media, postings, and organize recruiting events, and enjoy developing new recruiting strategies
Support and implementation of HR marketing measures
Active sourcing

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a business degree with a qualification in human resources
Ideally, you have some experience in HR or recruiting
MS Office, especially Excel, skills
Very good German and good English skills, Polish skills are advantageous
Attention to detail, reliability, commitment, and teamwork
