    The Pack Labs - General Manager Position

    Are you ready to lead the way in the hemp-derived cannabinoid industry? The Pack Labs is looking for a General Manager to drive operational excellence and shape the future of wellness products. Join our dynamic team and be a key player in building world-class brands that stand the test of time.

    Key Role:

    • Lead all operational functions to ensure seamless execution of company objectives.
    • Implement and optimize ERP systems for enhanced efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
    • Analyze data using advanced Excel skills to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Develop strategies for efficient warehouse operations and supply chain management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvements.
    • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes effectively.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices in all operational activities.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, and manufacturing.
    • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
    • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams to achieve results.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Competitive base salary in the range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year.
    • Performance-based bonus structure.
