- Executes and maintains the agency paid supervision process and procedures.
- Lead and assist with human resources projects and initiatives.
- Process employment verifications, as requested.
- Provides clerical support for the Human Resources Department as needed, such as inputting data, answering inquiries within scope of knowledge, maintenance of employee records, etc.
- Assist with gathering and organizing requested personnel documents for internal and external audits.
- Maintains HRIS database records on an on-going basis.
- Maintains Learning Management System in applicable areas.
- Performs receptionist duties as needed and transfers phone calls to appropriate team members.
- Issues fuel card codes for new and existing employees as needed.
- Perform record and file audits as requested.
- Maintain all active personnel files including purging termed files in accordance with A 1.5 Administrative Record Retention Policy.
- Assists with credential compliance related to renewal of certifications and licensure for clinical staff.
- Understands and promotes our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) concept by providing or supporting community-based mental and substance use disorder services; advancing integration of behavioral health with physical health care; assimilating and utilizing evidence-based practices on a more consistent basis; and promoting improved access to high quality care.
- Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management as requested.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job requirement.
- Must meet "satisfactory" expectations at any scheduled job performance evaluation. Quality of work will be evaluated through training, skill, or special purpose. Must be competent and adequate.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible and immediately supervised by the Director of Workforce Analytics.
This position is responsible and held accountable for the following duties:
Qualifications
DEFINITION:
Employees assigned to this position perform a variety of specialized technical personnel duties, mainly in the area of compliance. Work performed includes updating and maintaining filing systems, auditing files and records, and tracking required personnel documents. This position is immediately supervised by the Director of Workforce Analytics.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and at least two (2) years' experience in clerical office work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
