General Responsibilities
Oversees Melmark's Incident Management program, ensuring timely and thorough investigation of all incidents.
Implements Melmark's Quality Improvement Plan through the collection and organization of information regarding safety, compliance, and health and service delivery.
Oversees and monitors process regarding inspections from external agencies.Melmark is a multi-state human service provider with premier private special education schools, professional development, training, and research centers.

Starting Salary:
$62, based on years of experience
Schedule:
Monday
- Friday day shift (flexibility required)
Basic Qualifications
Education/Training:
Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.
Skill(s):Must have strong interpersonal skills, teaching/presenting skills, working knowledge of industry relevant laws and regulations (e.g., Title 55 Chapters 2380, 4300, 6100, 6400, 3800, and 6600; Title 22 Chapters 14, 56, 59, and 171;HIPPAA;OSHA), and computer skills. Must be detailed oriented and able to think critically, with strong analytical ability to evaluate data and understand policies, procedures and regulations. Ability to multi-task and problem solve is critical. Excellent communication skills both written and oral are essential.
Experience:
A minimum of four (4) years experience in the field of intellectual/developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience is preferred.

From $62,000.00 per year
