Position at SBM Management SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space.
Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.Responsibilities:
VacuumingMoppingBonnetingExtraction (wet/dry)
Strip & wax floorCarpet spot removalTransport equipment, tools and suppliesMove furniture before/after cleanCommunicate changes, progress or problem areasQualifications:
Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferredA drug test will be required3+ years of experience preferredMust pass SBM Background checks, along with Pre employment Drug screening & E-Verify.
Shift (Full Time): MONDAY TO FRIDAY, (8 hours shift between 1- 9:30 pm flexible)Compensation:
