    Description
    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant/Retail operations.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
    • Maintain quality control for all food served.
    • Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience.
    • Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
    • Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
    • Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
    • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
    • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.

    Requirements/Qualifications:
    • Significant work experience in management and the hospitality industry.
    • Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service.
    • Ability to use restaurant management software.
    • Strong leadership skills.
    • Decisive and critical thinker.
    • Supervise day-to-day task assignments.
    • Hire, train, manage and develop store associates.
    • Plan and execute sales strategy.
    • Restaurant experience required.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Meet and/or exceed performance and profit goals.
    • Successful multiunit supervision or big-box General Manager experience is strongly preferred.
    • Accountability to self and others.
    • Proven exemplary customer service skills.
    • Leadership.
    • Organized.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline/experience preferred.

We have donated tons of time and tens of thousands of dollars to many local charities, local youth clubs, churches, etc... We have also sponsored many local youth league teams as well as donated to many of the local schools. We are not just IN the community, we are PART of the community.One of the great things about being a small business and not one of those big chain stores is the level of customer support we can provide as well as the level of development in our staff . First, our employees take great pride in working for Nick & Moes and that means they love helping the customers. If you need assistance, someone will be there to help. Another advantage is that, while we offer a wide variety of snacks, drinks, craft beers, tobacco products, etc., you may run into a product that you need that we don't have in stock. Where our big chain competition has little or no control over the stock that they sell, we can help you personally to order EXACTLY what you need – and have it within just a couple days. Other stores may tell you they can't do it or that it may take them a couple weeks.
