My Responsibilities

Preparation of payroll taking into account legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations
Maintenance and verification of employee master data, personnel movements, and time management data
Point of contact for employees regarding all relevant questions regarding payroll, social security, and tax law
Monitoring and processing of new hires, transfers, salary changes, and terminations in compliance with legal requirements for payroll processing
Handling of reporting and certification processes
Correspondence with authorities and other administrative bodies
Preparation of HR key figures and reports for monthly and annual financial statements
Assumption of generalist HR tasks

My Qualifications

Successfully completed commercial training in the field of HR and/or tax law
Ideally, further education in the field of payroll processing
Good knowledge of tax and social security law
Reliability and ability to work independently, in a structured and careful manner
Absolute trustworthiness, confidentiality, and a strong sense of responsibility
Very good German and good English skills
Proficient in MS Office
