THE MAIN TASKS

  • Management of group-wide technical product development: Structured management of innovative approaches and ideas to improve and drive the development process for existing and new products and features.
  • Portfolio management: Continuous analysis and evaluation of the existing product portfolio in terms of performance, market demand, competitiveness and technical design for production.
  • Portfolio expansion (international): Identification and implementation of opportunities to harmonize and expand the product portfolio in international markets. Especially considering local customer needs and legal differences.
  • Responsibility for production at national and international locations.
  • Production control and planning of group companies to increase productivity.
  • Responsibility for logistics and timely delivery to customers. Also co-responsibility for logistics of production companies abroad in the context of distance selling.
  • Maintenance, plant and equipment planning at all locations.
  • Overall responsibility for procurement activities of production materials at production sites.
  • Group-wide control and optimization of activities and processes in the areas of engineering, design and production as well
