Work in a great location above the rooftops of the city. Enjoy the fantastic panorama before, during or after work in one of the most beautiful recreational areas in Freiburg, the Schlossberg. We want you to feel comfortable, have fun at work and look forward to your workday. Therefore, we do everything to make you feel at home with us. Our family atmosphere is characterized by warmth and appreciation. When you feel good, our guests feel good too.

These are the tasks you can expect:

Independently managing a station with cash handling in à la carte service
Carving, filleting, decanting
Supervising smaller banquet events
Occasional work in the banquet brigade
All pre- and post-work related to service

We would be happy to see the following qualities in you:

Passion for the hospitality industry
Completed apprenticeship as a hotel or restaurant specialist or extensive service experience
Experience in upscale dining would be desirable, but we also welcome applications from newly trained professionals
Manual skills
Team spirit, diligence, flexibility and willingness to perform
