Responsibilities:

Consultation and sales of services (maintenance and repair of gates and doors)
Conducting negotiations and sales talks, as well as creating offers including calculation and processing of repair orders and maintenance offers
Taking responsibility for sales and contribution margin targets
Strategic expansion of existing customers and acquisition of new customers
Identification of customer potentials and their processing
Close contact with service technicians
Handling of complaints

Qualifications:

Completed commercial, craft, or technical training
Ideally, sales experience in field service and experience in the field of gate and door technology
Enthusiasm for sales and negotiation skills
Technical understanding
Ability to close deals and selforganization
