What can you expect?

  • You will support in real estate-related, technical, construction and commercial tasks as well as in the creation of commercial lease agreements and amendments
  • You will participate in the creation of reports for clients
  • You will assist us in communication with tenants and service providers
  • You will independently handle requests for proposals and evaluate them
  • You will oversee maintenance and renovation measures and coordinate facility management service providers in collaboration with your colleagues
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in property inspections and support in various project tasks

What should you bring?

  • You are enrolled as a student (m/f/d) in a business administration program with a focus on construction or in a construction or building technology program
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation
  • You have experience with MS Office applications
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • You have a responsible, independent work style and are organized
  • You have excellent German (C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level)
