    What You'll DoYou'll be the lynchpin that keeps the (Electric Vehicle) operation together and functioning correctly. You'll play an integral role in day-to-day management of time and scheduling (Electric Vehicle logistics).

    Any given day at the office might find you doing the following:
    Inputting daily piece rate and hours into tracking reports. . .. Auditing flag hours (charge rate reporting) against AS400 reports (online reporting). Entering (Coordinating) lot damage (repairs with local and sublet repair shops.) into the monthly comp tracker.
    Picking up mail at the main building for the recon offices. Assisting detail with flag hours and (Operations and Sales departments with vehicle logistics and planning) transfers.

    Ordering supplies for the recon building (Coordinating the removal and storage of keys/charging devices for all vehicles on the property.)Who You AreYou're incredibly organized and pay great attention to detail.

    You're honest, dependable and reliable. You're able to communicate effortlessly with customers, as well as with internal leadership.


    You have the following qualifications:
    A high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products. Proficiency in math at a minimum high school level. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.

    BenefitsEmployees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

    Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
