- HS Diploma or GED
- 3 years of general clerical experience including data entry and customer service experience
- Strong skill set with demonstrated proficiency
- Previous support of executive-level staff
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Outlook
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Purchase Card procedures
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Knowledge of office practices and procedures
- Manual and computer filing systems
- Advanced knowledge of business English, spelling, and math
- General office equipment, and personal computer with related software applications
- Efficiently and accurately key information using a keyboard and skills in performing data entry

The hiring hourly range for this position is $ $35.61 hourly.
