    The Service Support Specialist (SSS) provides back-office support for the entire Wagner service department in a manner that reflects the companys vision of working as One Professional Team. This position will support a variety of service software solutions to include SIS Web, Caterpillar Electronic Technician, and DBS work order functions from WO creation, to invoicing and reporting out of DBS. The SSS provides support for internal and external service software users and administrative support for the Service Operations Manager and Technical Services Manager.

    **Pay Range:** $42, $65,340.00

    Performs software installations and updates for 230+ Wagner field service technicians using, SIS, ET, Agco Diagnostics, DSI, and STW

    Provides software installation, configuration, and support for 1,000 external customer service software subscriptions of SIS, ET, Agco Diagnostics, and various other products

    Provides support for Wagner service personnel using DBS work-order functions

    Maintains the DBS configuration including labor change codes, labor rates, miscellaneous charge codes, invoicing parameters, print queues, monthly work-orders, prototype work-orders, etc.

    Develops custom reports for Service Managers

    Creates and distributes work-orders to perform safety and priority PIP service letters on machines across Wagners territory

    Works with branch personnel to identify the location of machines with PIP service letters

    Contacts the PIP champion at each location weekly to drive timely performance of PIP service letters

    Interfaces with Wagner Training Institute to develop and deliver technician related service training

    Interfaces with Caterpillar for updates and technical assistance as required

    Develops, documents, and trains personnel on service processes

    **Required Education and Experience:**

    High School Diploma or GED

    3+ years recent computer-related experience

    3-5 years administrative/clerical experience

    3-5 years customer service experience

    **Competencies:**

    Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills

    Safety & Product Knowledge

    Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

    Basic knowledge of DBS and ET/SIS/SIS Web/STW

    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

    **Physical Demands:**

    Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing

    Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
