- Drive annual price increase project (both platform and transactional pricing) that requires coordination and direction of the following:
- Working with Marketing to codify internal and external messaging that supports the price increase
- Collaborate with engineering and product to track necessary product changes (and test) to ensure the price increases are properly applied to the applicable products and customer segments
- Communicate progress and estimated revenue impact of annual price increases to RealPage Finance
- Work cross-functionally with RealPage Information Security, Information Technology, and Mixed Use hiring managers to refine current employee and contractor onboarding processes - while continue to support the larger enterprise initiatives (involving HRIS) to re-imagine onboarding
- Develop and manage employee engagement projects, including:
- Publish, push for participation, and trend feedback from Quarterly engagement surveys
- Drive the Mixed Use Leadership team to identify 3 quarterly improvements from the engagement surveys
- Track key implementation progress for such quarterly improvements
- Act as a leadership member of the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging group, assist with DIB Events and planning initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and reduce annual attrition rate by:
- Creating a yearly culture plan for Mixed Use and executing all goals pertaining to plan
- Managing all employee engagement and recognition activities
- Executing Mixed Use and RealPage philanthropy initiatives
- Owning Mixed Use culture budget and partnering with HRBPs to maximize employee engagement using allotted budget
- Drive employee engagement and reduce annual attrition rate by:
- Office/Facilities
- Work with Mixed Use Leadership Team + RP REWS team on workplace planning initiatives
- On-premises project manager for any sub-leasing or office rationalization planning
- Other anticipated special projects:
- Work with consumer marketing to operationalize standard cadence around payment, insurance, credit initiatives
- Competitive research
- High School Graduate with Associate's Degree preferred
- Experience utilizing Google and Microsoft Suite of Products, including Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment, as well as shifting and conflicting priorities.

Description
SUMMARYThis role will be the primary driver of change in the Mixed Use organization for key projects tied to revenue, employee engagement/retention, and on-premises work-space initiatives. It will span multi-functional groups and requires strong communication, empathy, and ability to motivate leaders within the organization to participate in year-long projects that contribute to the top and bottom lines. The role will report directly into the SVP/General Manager of Mixed Use and must be able to work closely with, and take direction from. the Mixed Use Executive Team.
