Your Responsibilities:


  • You will work in a team of 15 employees (special education teachers, special needs caregivers, special needs caregivers with a focus on therapy, and nursing staff) in the Intensive Therapeutic Care department at Auhof. Together with your core team, you will care for five men with autism in the Intensive Therapeutic Residential Community, who require intensive support and a reliable environment to cope with daily life and develop their skills due to their challenging behaviors.
  • In addition to implementing individual participation plans, your tasks will also include participating in the development of new concepts.
  • In addition to nursing and household tasks, the focus of your professional work will be on providing individual therapeutic support to the residents. The pedagogical concept is constantly reflected upon and adjusted with the team as needed.
  • You will work according to a structured concept, spend a lot of time outdoors, and support an innovative vocational training and residential concept that differs significantly from regular care forms.
  • The work is supported by intensive supervision from the specialist
