    District Manager - Quick Service Restaurant

    We are seeking a dedicated District Manager to oversee our quick-service restaurant operations, boost sales, and elevate the customer experience.     Position: District Manager

    Job Overview: As a District Manager, you will supervise multiple store locations in your assigned region, ensuring efficient operation and performance. Your duties will involve:

    • Monitoring operational practices to enhance store efficiency, achieve sales targets, and adhere to financial restrictions.
    • Ensuring adherence to marketing campaigns, promotions, and local events.
    • Interviewing, recruiting, training, and handling Restaurant Managers.
    • Regular store inspections to confirm cleanliness, inventory levels, and overall effectiveness.
    • Creating and managing budgets, and collaborating with Senior Management.
