- Capable of lifting between 50-70 pounds routinely.
- Willingness to work overtime as required by production schedules.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and a strong work ethic.
- Must pass a background screening as per Florida state laws.
- Knowledge or experience in the spa industry is a plus, but not necessary.
- Applying fiberglass coatings to pools, collector tanks, hot tubs, cold plunges, and other aquatic facility applications.
- Utilizing spray equipment to apply fiberglass materials.
- Smoothing product surfaces to ensure optimal finish and adherence.
- Trimming excess material from products and molds as per specifications.
- Assisting with other production areas as required, ensuring seamless operations.
