GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Recruiter Per Diem is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical perm staff for HCA and non-HCA facilities across the assigned division.
The recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for HCA facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources..
