We are seeking Assistant Manager/Supervisor with a
Branch II license (required) along with a Branch III license (preferred). Must have a minimum of 2 years of pest control experience.

As an Assistant Manager/Supervisor, you will have many responsibilities to ensure that you and your team are successful in daily activities. Multi-tasking and organizational skills will be key. These activities include ensuring that your technicians are organized in their appointment scheduling. They will check in with you daily, where you will verify that they have their vehicles, uniforms, materials, equipment and paperwork in order. Your skills in conflict resolution and effective communication will ensure your team and clients have an awesome Dewey experience with every interaction. As a seasoned technician yourself, you will offer coaching, training and support. You are not afraid to get dirty and can spend considerable time in the field assisting your team. Ultimately, you will be assisting the Branch Manager achieve monthly performance goals and your sights will be set on the next opportunity to become a Branch Manager yourself.

General Purpose:

Pest control management, strategic planning, cost control, overall direction of branch operation utilizing company systems, procedures and protocols.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with team to define and implement company policy, direction and decisions
  • Lead by example, maintain and communicate company core values, vision and culture
  • Immediately identify, communicate and aid in resolution of potential concerns, threats or key issues
  • Provide initial training and continued coaching and direction for direct oversight of employees
  • Assist with trouble calls and resolve escalated customer situations including pricing and communication
  • Direct oversight of pest control customer service to ensure proper communication and scheduling of technicians
  • Perform other related duties, as needed, to ensure success of branch/company
  • Conduct training sessions/ensure proper licensing
  • Perform interior and exterior inspections and services for pest control
  • Provide estimates for full solutions
  • Use required personal protection and safety equipment
  • Be knowledgeable and follow all State regulations and safety procedures
  • Submit all paperwork, documentation and customer payments on time, completely and accurately
  • Have an expert knowledge of pest control techniques, chemicals and supplies
  • Be knowledgeable regarding services, programs, policies, warranties and pricing
  • Utilize opportunities to sell additional company products and services to existing clients and to recognize potential sales leads
  • Have proper licensing (Field Representative Br II required and Branch III preferred.

Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Communication: Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Customer Service: Strong internal and exterior customer service skills
  • Management: Excellent time, project and people management skills
  • Ability to work in a teambased environment with good judgment and decisionmaking ability
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Pay:
$35, $75,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:
