HERE YOU WILL WORK:


On behalf of our client, a medium-sized trading company that has been in business for over 45 years and is known for its product quality, among other things, attracting buyers from industries such as shipbuilding, energy supply, and metal and electrical engineering, we are looking for a Sales Representative for Inside Sales.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • You act as a trusted contact person for customers and field employees and serve as the interface to customer service
  • Furthermore, you carefully process and handle orders, coordinate delivery dates, and conduct contract and document checks
  • You also maintain master data, taking into account information on prices, discounts, contract agreements, and price calculations
  • You gather market information to optimize the positioning of our products and contribute to the implementation of agreed strategies and goals
  • Your tasks also include handling complaints and following up on orders, returns, and price changes with customers

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or industrial clerk, and ideally
