We are currently seeking a Shipping Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team in Jamesburg, NJ.


Your responsibilities

  • You support the telephone switchboard and handle both national and international calls or forward them
  • You work in various areas such as sales, purchasing, and accounting
  • You perform general office tasks, such as mail processing and office supply distribution
  • You organize the shipment of outgoing goods and, if necessary, the storage of incoming goods in coordination with the warehouse
  • You are responsible for creating customs and shipping documents for our shipments worldwide
  • You handle customer complaints, receive damage reports, and process them
  • You monitor payments to shipping service providers and handle any collection processes
  • After the training period, additional tasks may develop depending on your competence
