Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Bar Attendant (m/f/d) to join our team at Hotel FederWERK in Worthington Springs.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
  • Organizing the bar from mise en place to closing, including handling payments
  • Engaging in sales conversations and providing recommendations for drink selections
  • Presenting drinks in an appealing manner
  • Adhering to internal standards and guidelines
  • Preparing and maintaining the bar area

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a restaurant specialist with additional training as a bartender and/or several years of professional experience
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Solid knowledge of wine and beverages
  • Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, good manners, and a professional appearance
  • Well-groomed and naturally friendly
