- Supporting the Core and Renewals sales teams on a defined set of non-core selling activities, including but not limited to, RBM, RMAs, and quoting (revisions, bid request, etc.).
- Contribute to and assist sales team in processing orders through Distribution.
- Ownership of supporting sales team and ensuring sales orders are closed with velocity and accuracy.
- Actively engage and provide feedback to business systems, sales operations, and sales management on solutions required to enable and scale a highly efficient sales GTM model.
- Provide regular feedback on trends and changing conditions, so the sales organization can react in real time.
- Enforce policies and parameters put in place for the sales organization (i.e., TCO/ROI docs, discounting discipline, etc.)
- Assist with non-standard deal creation and pricing.
- Future responsibilities including but not limited to; deal analysis (profitability, ACV, etc.), deal registration, swim lane validation, kicked back orders, and EOL/EOS initiatives, allowing the sales organization to focus on core selling activities, giving them the opportunity to find and close more deals.
- Sales process and order management experience supporting a high-volume producing sales team
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills at all levels and cross-functionally
- Ability to drive results at both the high / strategic level and at the line-management level.
- Demonstrated a clear track record of working collaboratively with internal and external parties across all the company to drive collective success and has built key relationships, managed, and mentored a strong team of high performers.
