- Leads campus growth and development.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the campus, ensuring alignment with the institution's mission, vision, and values.
- Oversee all aspects of campus operations, including admissions, academic affairs, student services, human resources, and facilities management.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance student recruitment, retention, and success.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence and student-centered learning, promoting innovative teaching methodologies and curricular development.
- Cultivate relationships with industry partners, community stakeholders, and alumni to support student internship placements, job opportunities, and fundraising initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of faculty and staff, promoting professional development, collaboration, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement institutional goals, strategic plans, and performance metrics.
- Master's degree in higher education (administration/leadership/management), business administration or any related field; doctoral degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education administration, preferably in a post-secondary institution.
- Demonstrated track record of success in student recruitment, retention, and academic progress.
- Strong understanding of accreditation standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in higher education.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of faculty, staff, and students.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate, problem-solve, and adapt to changing environments.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of campus life.
- Experience in budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation.

Job Summary:
MDT Institute is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as Campus Director. The Campus Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic, administrative, and operational success of our institution. This individual will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among faculty, staff, and students.
