We are currently seeking a Heilpädagogik assistant, childcare worker, or social care worker (m/f/d) for our Therapeutic Day Center, a support facility for 60 adults with severe and multiple disabilities.

Your responsibilities will include providing individual and pedagogical support and assistance to individuals with high support needs, contributing to the conceptual and content development of our programs, collaborating with family members and/or legal guardians, and working with external partners.

You will also be responsible for training colleagues, conducting internal training sessions, and managing administrative tasks.

To be considered for this position, you must have completed a vocational training program and have professional experience working with individuals with severe and multiple disabilities.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, motivated, creative, and willing to go the extra mile. Flexibility and a respectful and empathetic attitude are also important qualities. Knowledge of organizational and administrative tasks, as well as basic computer skills, are required.

In return, we offer a full-time, permanent position with 39 working hours per week, compensation according to TVöD, 30 days of vacation, and 2 regeneration days.
