Job Description

You will be joining our experienced image processing team for inline quality control in San Cristobal. In the Automation Systems department, we develop optical measurement systems based on image processing for the production of pharmaceutical primary packaging. This includes executing mechanical, electronic, and optical designs, as well as creating necessary software.

Your diverse and challenging tasks will include:

Adaptation and integration of inspection systems for new and existing equipment
Assembly and commissioning of image processing measurement systems and associated electrical control cabinets in collaboration with various departments
Conducting feasibility studies in the field of image processing and testing new components and IT systems
Providing 2nd level support for inspection systems: acting as a contact person for departments regarding error diagnosis and continuous improvement, as well as conducting training for operators

Qualifications

Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering/mechatronics or qualification as a technician (m/f/d)
Knowledge in the field of image processing
Knowledge in PLC programming or electrical design
Experience with bus systems
Interest in the latest server hardware and software
Strong communication skills and customer orientation
Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
