    Job DescriptionSalary:

    As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will collaborate with a team to elevate brand visibility, drive lead generation, and facilitate acquisition endeavors in a fast-paced, full-cycle marketing environment. As part of our collaborative marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing digital marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand presence globally.

    This is a full-time position working out of our Reston office. The position offers competitive pay, full benefits, 401k plan with a Company match, and three weeks of paid time off.


    Essential Job Responsibilities

    • Support the Senior Director of Marketing in planning and executing impactful programs to meet branding, lead generation, and acquisition goals.
    • Oversee SEO and paid advertising campaigns, crafting effective strategies and managing their execution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Acquisition, Design, and Content to enhance prospecting experience and ensure brand consistency.
    • Effectively manage the flow of VSI's content strategy across all managed platforms, including the website, blogs, social media, podcasts, and more, ensuring cohesive and engaging messaging that resonates with our target audience, drives brand awareness, and supports lead generation and acquisition goals.
    • Identify advertising requirements and explore innovative approaches to reach target audiences effectively.
    • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing comprehensive reports and insights.
    • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing brand recognition through the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Devise and implement monthly content strategies and marketing campaigns to bolster brand identity and drive lead generation, in alignment with overarching objectives
    • Create marketing materials to support business development efforts.
    • Generate targeted email marketing campaigns for effective audience engagement.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing
    • Proficiency in web content management systems (CMS), digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, and responsive design.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
    • Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Team player who collaborates well with colleagues.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
