    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and client service strategies to increase the firm's visibility and deepen client engagement.
    • Coordinate and enhance client-facing activities, including scheduling meetings, organizing speaking engagements, and facilitating webinars.
    • Assist in the production of client-focused content, including marketing materials, videos, and podcasts, that underscores the firm's value proposition.
    • Oversee the firm's online presence, ensuring website content is current, engaging, and client-centric.
    • Collaborate with the team to refine and implement actionable plans for client service improvement and marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure consistent, effective communication across all client touchpoints, maintaining the firm's standards for excellence in customer service.
    Qualifications of the Client Service and Marketing Strategist:
    • Proven experience in marketing, client service, or a related field.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and social media engagement.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as a self-starter.
    • High level of empathy, adaptability, and the ability to connect meaningfully with clients.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and projects with a strong follow-through.
    • Conscientious, responsible, and committed to enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
