    Job Description

    We're excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Machinist with experience in live tooling to become a valued member of our skilled team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the CNC milling process to ensure precise and efficient production.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operate CNC machines with live tooling to create components according to specifications.
    • Adjust machine settings as needed to guarantee optimal performance and high-quality output.
    • Regularly inspect machined parts to confirm compliance with design specifications.
    • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance machining processes and address any challenges.
    • Maintain a tidy work environment by conducting routine machine maintenance and tooling changes.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in machining is preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in operating CNC machines, specifically focusing on live tooling.
    • Solid grasp of machining principles and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
    • Proficiency in utilizing measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a dedication to delivering top-notch work.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for effectively troubleshooting machine issues.
    • Strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

    Exact compensation will be based on individual skills and experience.
