    Description
    Position: CNC Lathe Machinist
    Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
    Shift: 1st 6am to 230 pm Monday thru Friday. (Maybe OT on Saturday
    Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

    Responsibilities:
    • Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.
    • Must have the ability to assist with Programming, Set-Ups and first piece inspection.
    • Load and unload raw materials and finished parts into the machine.
    • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
    • Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition.
    • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process.
    • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
    Requirements:
    • Experience in machining and operating CNC lathe machines.
    • 8 years minimum
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
    • Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
    • Knowledge of machining processes, including milling, drilling, and turning.
    • Familiarity with CNC programming and Fanuc controls.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good communication skills.
