    Description

    Kforce has a large Healthcare client located in Fairfield, CA that is in need of a Senior Business Analyst. Responsibilities:

    • Works closely with business users and IT to write business requirements, create user stories, test plans, and other project documentation
    • Understand the reporting requirements and assists in troubleshooting issues
    • Leverage Jira to create user stories and document project updates
    • Collaborate with technical teams for any required integrations with third-party applications
    • Recommend enhancements to streamline processes and improve efficiency
    • Help monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet project deadlines and goals
    • Analyzes business needs, processes, and requirements, and develops software requirement specifications
    • Collects business requirements and creates user storied and flow charts
    • Communicates system changes and processes to appropriate personnel, documenting any processes as necessary
    • Troubleshoots and resolves issues or assigns issues to the appropriate internal expert
    • Follows up with external and internal business users on status of open issues
    • Performs other tasks as assigned to ensure integrity of data and accurate reporting
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 7-10 years of BA experience
    • Experience supporting data driven projects
    • Background with product building projects (they will be building an application from scratch)
    • Confers with functional or technical experts to develop requirements or resolve issues
    • Worked in an Agile and waterfall environments
    • Very strong communication - this role will be the center point of the projects
    • Experience with end to end software development
    • Hands-on QA/testing experience is nice to have but not required
    • Healthcare background is nice to have but not required

    The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

    We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

    Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
