    The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth.


    We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

    We're looking for a Strategy and Operations leader for our Americas (North and Latin America) SMB Monetization Strategy and Operations team, that is responsible for revenue planning, sales enablement and operational effectiveness in our tooling, sales processes and cross functional collaboration.


    You will focus on driving sales enablement and efficiency initiatives focused on execution on go to market strategy, revenue growth and operational scale.


    You are a highly organized and efficient professional, and must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team.

    What You'll Do- Develop and drive strategies and critical initiatives to grow the North and Latin American SMB business, including developing an in-depth understanding of markets and competitors- Set clear goals for how well the business should be performing through quarterly and annual revenue planning, including setting goals for all sales segments and individuals- Proactively analyze and assess growth opportunities; refine operating metrics to align on objectives and priorities, share insights to support decision making- Prepare and track sales incentive plans performance, effectiveness, ensuring payments are accurate and submitted in a timely manner for payroll- Define and implement operational procedures and policies to drive revenue growth, customer engagement and retention.

    - Design and optimize sales processes, promote cross-functional partnership and buy-in, ensure smooth cross-team communication and timely delivery on outlined initiatives- Scope and drive critical projects and sales initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization- Manage a team of associates, delegating work to ensure successful execution of key initiatives and overseeing their professional growthQualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years experience in a management consulting, operations, strategy or growth role within a fast-paced technology company, 5+ years of team management experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business, operations or other relevant / quantitative disciplines from a leading university
    • Strong problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and synthesize findings into narratives for leadership
    • Advanced analytical skills; ability to gather data and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis and modeling, create reports and influence decision making.
    • Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Suite skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience executing SMB sales operations processes and strategies for a global or multinational sales organization strongly preferred
    • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau or other analytical tools is a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong influencing skills
    • Is a self-starter and has the ability to work independently, multitask and adapt to changing priorities
    • Results and detail oriented, with strong commercial / business acumen
