    Job Summary

    The Priority Health Employer Solutions Sr. Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for strategic planning and execution of content strategies to support business goals, including developing content-driven campaigns and materials designed to drive a specific business outcome as well as providing thought partnership/consultation and strategic oversight to other teams content, e.g. product launches, member communications, sales presentations, etc. This role is the SME for Employer Solutions positioning as relates to value proposition and brand relevance. This position works closely with Sales on understanding their strategies and plans to drive marketing support, core marketing team to develop and execute, and throughout the organization to mine knowledge and expertise to use in content development.

    Essential Functions

    + Create, manage and measure our Content Marketing strategy in collaboration with the Content & Channel Lead and stakeholder teams for target audiences, rooted in driving influence, elevating the brand, and supporting desired business outcomes.

    + Content creation and distribution across a variety of channels including sales presentations, video testimonials, social media articles and posts, sales materials, etc.

    + Develop and scale Thought Leadership plan, working closely with the Lead, Content & Channel specialist, the Corporate Marketing team and the Sales team on integrated campaigns to drive membership and retention.

    + Collaborate with Product Marketing team for cohesive and impactful positioning, as well as teams throughout the organization including other audiences: member, general public, provider, etc. to elevate the content/ensure alignment with our value prop

    + Oversee and provide guidance working as a leader with other team members for areas such as creating content, generating ideas, editorial calendars, setting and managing deadlines

    Qualifications

    Required

    + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

    + 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or related role

    Preferred

    + Master's Degree

    + 5 years of relevant experience in project management

    + Health Plan experience

    + Presenting to B2B clients
