    Marketing Communications Specialist
    Location: Grand Rapids, MI
    Salary Range: $64,000-$83,000

    tesa tape, the global leader of adhesive solutions, is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role is perfect for a creative professional who excels in inbound marketing strategies. Your main tasks will revolve around attracting site traffic, converting leads, and collaborating with sales teams to turn those leads into customers.

    As our digital marcom expert, you will be the voice that narrates tesa's market segments. You will represent our product features and benefits, propose innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, and develop strategies for new product launches to enhance our market presence. Understanding our competition is vital to refine our sales tactics and materials and provide our sales team with an advantage.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage a diverse content calendar to engage our audience through various channels such as blog posts, webinars, and infographics
    • Increase leads by optimizing marketing automation processes and enhancing lead generation content
    • Collaborate with sales to analyze the effectiveness of inbound marketing strategies in converting leads into customers
    • Educate stakeholders about our product features and benefits, creating compelling content to showcase our offerings
    • Measure and enhance the buyer journey by developing targeted marketing campaigns
    • Create case studies and customer success stories through collaboration with customers and sales representatives
    • Empower the sales team through training and efficient tools
    • Conduct competitive analysis to improve our positioning in the market
    • Analyze and report on key metrics for continuous optimization
    Qualifications:
    • BA/BS degree
    • 2 - 5 years of professional experience
    • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software
    • Strong communication skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
    • Experience in digital and product marketing
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
    • Knowledge in SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS
    • Understanding of marketing analytics tools
    • Up-to-date with marketing trends and news
