What can you expect?
★ You will be responsible for our HR strategy and implementation as we grow from 40 to 100 employees, leading a team of 3 people with the potential for strong growth.

★ You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that contribute to achieving company goals. You will analyze current HR practices, identify areas for improvement, and initiate measures to increase employee motivation and retention.

★ You will be the point of contact for all employee-related matters. You will assist with managing personnel files, handling contract changes, and conducting salary and benefits negotiations. You will ensure that all HR processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with legal requirements.

★ You will work closely with the management team to support and promote the company's strategy. You will provide HR
